Prayer Team – Meet with others in a small group to pray for the pastor and staff, Mercer UMC ministry and direction, the Church around the world, and pray for each other.
Landscaping/Gardening Team (Care for the exterior flower and plant beds outside of church building)
SCRIPTURE READERS: Read selected scripture during worship service for both 9:00 and 11:00 am services.
ACOLYTES: Light altar candles at 11:00 am worship service. Will train.
USHERS: Greet people, give programs, and collect the offering at 11 AM service.
COMMUNION STEWARDS: Help Judy Gawne and Tammy Calderwood prepare and serve communion.
GREETERS: Meet and greet people on Sunday mornings—both worship services—and special occasions.
Praise Team, Choir, Musicians
A/V Team (Working with Worship Team, specifically focusing on screen, graphics, computer, microphones, audio, etc.)
Counting Team: Count offering and make bank deposit.
Fellowship Team: Prepare and lead church fellowship events such as the church picnic. Also, Host Sunday morning fellowship time between services.

Prepare for the 2020 200th Anniversary of Mercer UMC
